Heartplace Dallas's Online Review Report Card

This staff is extremely rude. Called last Friday to follow up about switching my referral to dr. Raza for an earlier appointment since dr. Snyder was unavailable till aug23. They told me that my referral change is pending and I would hear a call back from them. Call never came. Called today 7/28/21 9:30AM and the lady I was speaking to was very rude and unprofessional. Told me that i had no pending referral change for dr. Raza. Some clearly does not have their facts straight or was lying to me. She began to raise her voice at me then hung up on me. I rarely in my life needed to go see a doctor for health concerns since I’ve always had a healthy life and this is first experience I get? This is the worst experience and I cannot believe this is what patients have to deal with when trying to gather information on seeing be a doctor about their health. Yea if I could give it negative stars, I’d give it -5 based off that conversation with that rude employee. Glad she’s not the one saving lives.

Dr.S.Sadi Raza is our cardiologist at Medical City. Kind. Compassionate. Thorough. Good “bedside manner”. Office staff great as well. Win-win!

Came in and was worried... after visiting with Dr. Raza I was put at ease. Dr. Raza was very thorough and willing to help. This is my first time seeing a cardiologist and I am hopeful that I will get passed my ailments. His staff is very friendly and kind as well. Considering how important the heart is, I am very grateful to have a team like this to support me. I left with a heart monitor and hope to return to better news :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Sadi Raza for the past few months and would highly recommend his practice. He is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable in all cardio matters, and very easy to talk to.  He has helped me realize the importance of taking better care of my heart through medication, diet, and exercise. His assistant Stephanie and the rest of his staff are also very competent and friendly. I look forward to many more years of good health and being active in my later years due to his excellent care. Very thorough, highly skilled and really takes the time to listen. I am greatful he is my cardiologist. I HIGHLY recommend him. I went to the HeartPlace, looking for a second opinion,my experience was great!  The receptionist Alexandria was so bubbly and kind.  The atmosphere of the office , diverse, and light inside.Dr Sadi Raza, listened to me and new exactly how to proceed to find out my issue....Dr Snider did the Heart Cath....this is a honest and wonderful team...all of them together have fixed me and now on the road to recovery.Thank you so much!Yve

HeartPlace Dallas physicians and staff are friendly and truly care for the wellbeing and health of their patients!

The staff is rude to patients. Dr. Snider is even more rude. I arrived on time for my 1:30 appointment and no other patients were in the office. I was informed Dr Snider was running late because of a sudden late surgery. Yea right, he was probably lunching at his country club.

Dr Feghalli and his assistant Monica give world class treatment. Always leave filling better about my condition and what I can do to improve my health.
