Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I chose Pediatric Urgent care for my 8 old because I wanted someone who specialized in kids. I didn't want a misdiagnosis of throat infection or a ear infection for any sickness and send home with antibiotics with no follow-up. My child had severe headaches that turned into nausea and vomiting that came in waves. I was send home with a diagnosis of "slightly positive strep" and antibiotics and 5 pills of nausea med that didn't even last me 2 days. Turns out it was migranes and he didnt need antibiotics. Im tired of giving my kids antibiotics for anything and everything.

I took my daughter to her dr Bea cause of a lot pain they told me to go back the next day , I decided to take her to somewhere else so they told me to take her to this one , so the dr send me to children’s where she had a surgery thank y’all for the good service 🙏🙏🙏👍

They have great staff and understand. I didn't have to wait long. Great patients, Thank you. I was able to get appointment and be seen the same day. I filled paperwork online. No wait!

This place is a life saver!! So quick! While other clinics make u wait an eternity or worse tell u to wait a month to even be seen they are so quick and polite and give u an appointment same day!!! Every parent should know abt this spot!!

I definitely recommend this place. Took my baby and the provider was awesome with her from the start she gain her trust really fast and was able to exam her with ease. The visit was quick and easy they take private insurance which was a plus. Totally recommend it avoided a long wait time at a hospital ER. The entire staff was super nice and sweet with my baby. 100% recommend

This place is really nice but I came here to ask questions before coming to my appointment to make sure they see my daughter and the receptionist told me it was going to be 150 dollars I came to my appointment today and that was another receptionist and she told me it was 155 so I don’t know the receptionist Emily just don’t know what she is doing the good thing that I bring my card to pay the 5 dollars I just when to the bank to get the 150 just unprofessional receptionists.

I booked an appt online for my two children, both around the same time and was told they would be seen together. However, when we checked in we had to wait over an hour to be called. The receptionist at the front desk stated that the online booking wasn't meant as an appt. She then said that there were four people ahead of us. But according to the waitlist, these are people who walked in and they somehow was seen ahead of us. This is my second time coming to this location due to not being able to get an appt with their PCP at the time. We will not be coming back! This is an outrage!!! The online booking serves no purpose to be seen.

We were seen promptly, 15 min wait for COVID and strep test. Everyone was very friendly.

I called and asked if the clinic accepted walk ins for sports physicals. I was told no and to book online. I booked online, arrived to the clinic only to find out that they don't take medicaid for physicals and the cost was $70. No where on the website did it say that. The website only said that they accept medicaid for visits. Ridiculous!
