Im a first time mom. My son was fine this morning and then once I got home from work he was more lethargic, fussy and his eyes were gooey than his one I normally is (clogged duct).I walk in and the front desk person was rude and short with me, but kind and happy with another family that was just leaving.The LPN was nice but kept questioning me as to why I didn't bring him in sooner and to why I wasn't concerned about his eyes, which I was, hence why we were there.The PA was nice, direct, to the point and prescribed antibiotics and eye cream.I understand I showed up at 715 when they close at 8. That doesn't give them the right to be judging and rude from the moment I walk in.I probably will drive farther to avoid going there ever again.

The doctor was very helpful he listened to what I needed, seemed like he actually cared and helped me when I really needed the help! Thank you doctor and I appreciate you! Also the nurse that checked me in was very friendly! Also the wait time was very short and the lady that checked me in at reception deserves a shoutout as well she was very friendly and super helpful! Greeted me with a smile and was very compassionate!

Will highly recommend this place. The staff were very friendly and professional. Glad to be seen so fast as a walk-in. The PA that saw me was very friendly and got right to the issue at hand. The facility was clean.
