I went for a rapid antigen test at 8am , was told I would be seen at 2:50pm . Was told since I had no symptoms I would be seen way before 2:50pm . I waited till 12p and left . Came back at 2:50pm and the front desk said they are running behind . So from my understanding it takes a whole day to be seen at this clinic . Very inconvenient.

Today was my first visit to this Urgent Care. The staff member at the front desk, Carolyn and the Doctor were nice enough and I would have rated the experience higher; however, while waiting for the Doctor in the exam room, a staff member (not previously mentioned) came in and said the Doctor requires an "added step" to be taken to speed up the process.The staff member held out a card, with a QR code, and asked that I take a photo of the card. I did as requested and when the "Google rating" showed up on my phone, the staff member reached over and tapped on the "5 star". Then she smiled and said the Doctor would be right in. I was shocked how she gave a 5 Star rating before I ever saw the Doctor! I was determined to correct this after I completed the visit.At least now I know how they have such a high rating.Because (most) of the staff was nice, I would have rated the experience higher, but not after they took advantage of the situation.Also, as of the time of this review, I have not received the results of the test, which will be billed to my insurance company. I do not expect to return.
