Dr. Ali I very professional and thorough. Takes the time needed to answer questions and explain the issues that are of concern.

Dr. Ali was amazing with me and my family members. I send everyone with a foot/ankle issue there. Dr Ali is very caring and will be honest about all your treatment options.

I went in for a routine diabetic checkup on my feet. Talked for about a minute or two about the year that I’ve had with heart issues, cancer, and diabetes. She then cut a callus off my foot knowing I’m a diabetic and on blood thinners. Put a small bandaid and send me on my way. Never doing the neuropathy test. With the neuropathy, I don’t have the best feeling in my feet so I didn’t notice that my foot was bleeding all day. Switched into my work shoes and back into my personal shoes to go home not noticing all the blood on the bottom of my sock until I got home still bleeding. I called her office getting a answering service. Hour later I get a call from the on call doctor. He asked, “you didn’t notice it all day”. Again with neuropathy the feeling in my feet is not good. Not concerned about the bleeding. So I call the Dr. Ali’s office again the next day and leave a voicemail. I get a call back a week later saying we see we missed a call for you. Also I’m out $250 to replace my shoes.

My son has had lifelong problems with his feet and we were concerned about a possible infection in his left foot. She was curt and immediately began to debride the sole of his foot and expressed surprise when he said it hurt. She was questioned about doing a culture to diagnose, but said "No, it was good to bleed." (Was told by another doctor than the perfect medium to grow cultures is blood at 98 degrees - exactly what she gave my son.)Wanted to do surgery, go to wound care, etc. After scraping, I asked about an antibiotic and she said no. This was on Friday, by Saturday foot and leg began swelling with redness extending above knee - INFECTION. He is now on second round of antibiotic and second week of bedrest. Was seen by Vascular Surgical to rule out blood clot (negative, thank goodness) and will continue care with different podiatrist. This doctor made inaccurate assumptions, did not listen to patient and did not follow credo to "Do no harm". Do not go here.

I was seen on time, the Tech was friendly, knew what she was doin, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ali was very professional and helpful to me concerning my shoe inserts. I'm very pleased with the service I received.

Thankfully I got a second opinion on my foot pain before opting for surgery on both feet. The opinion/diagnosis of another Doctor was that surgery was not needed, and wouldn’t have helped my foot pain at all. He did complete X-rays, and did not diagnose by simply looking at my feet. Practice tried to steer me to surgery center owned by them and out of network with my insurance carrier. I had requested from the beginning to go to Paulding hospital, which is an in- network location. The Dr.

Dr. Ali is treating my fractured ankle and has been doing a wonderful job. If you have any type of foot or ankle problems I would highly recommend her.
