The 5 star reviews are true. This is easily the most genuine doctors office I have EVER been to. The ladies up front.. so so sweet. I live out of town and the communication was so effortless. Any question, concern, or paperwork I needed filled out was done/answered with no hesitation or issues. Dr. Sanovich himself, he knows what he’s doing and knows his stuff! Going into a face alternating surgery isn’t easy but he makes you feel comfortable and confident in the process. I am almost 2 months post-op and couldn’t be happier with my results and they aren’t even at peak yet! I would recommend Dr. Sanovich and his team 100x over. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

BIGGEST mistake of my life. I look like Frankenstein with my scars. They will say to call them to address my concerns, this would be his 3rd time trying to fix it.

Hailey is incredible! She is the first person I’ve ever seen for Botox and I would never want to see anyone else. I was incredibly nervous and she was so patient with me. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable and made me look/feel better than I could have expected. Since then, I’ve continued to see her and am always so happy each time. I trust her immensely and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

Jaw surgery. Messed my head up. I literally freaked out. I have had soooo many surgeries so I thought I was mentally prepared for this one and I was not. After 13 years of thinking about it and trying to do the best thing for my particular situation I struggled a lot PO with fear & self doubt. A lot more than the average person for this that or the other. And bc of that, I’ve updated this review 3x, I just wanted to say DSA, Dr. Sanovich & his team are nothing short of amazing. They are patient, and understanding and truly want the best for their patients. Here is a before and after. 5 months PO. Thank you DSA for everything & I am remorseful for being one of the crazies… Tip: probs don’t post a review until your 9-12 months PO. Recovery is longgggg. ♥️

Amazing care for my child from a talented surgeon and caring staff. She had a very major 7 hour surgery (upper and lower jaw reconstruction plus TMJ replacement) and we always felt like we were in the best hands throughout the process from initial consult, through the multi day hospital stay to extended and thorough follow up care. Dr Sanovich has a great bedside manner, very approachable, easy to talk to, and put us at ease. Highly recommend Dr Randy Sanovich and his staff.
