I don't know what has happened to this place. It was great when it first opened, now for some reason it's hit rock bottom. My pregnant wife and son are extremely sick, they checked in with hardly anyone in line and was told it was going to be an hour wait and to wait in the car. 3+ hours later, I go into to check and was told they were next. After watching several people who came in after us go In then out and another hour later I find out they were moved to the bottom of the list for no reason at all. Please go somewhere else. This place doesn't care for anybody apparently.

The ladies at the front desk or super nice I'm so sorry I don't remember their names but thank you ladies, nurse Pam was awesome and very sweet. I don't remember the physician assistants name, Dixon, I think what's her name but anyway she was very nice very attentive and listen to my concerns. It sucks to have to be there but overall it was a great experience.The wait time was pretty long but what's short-staffing they did the best they could and kept a great attitude

We were pleasantly surprised at how quick we were seen. The staff were friendly and professional and addressed our concerns completely, I will not hesitate to return for our next “urgent” need. Welcome to the neighborhood! We definitely needed it

My daughter and I took my 10yr old grandson to have him checked out because what we originally thought was allergies turned out to be ear infection, throat, sinusitis. Holli and Carlos were great with him. He is a talker! And has to know everything! If you are looking for an urgent care to use, Wellstar where the old Greystone Power building is. You won't be disappointed.

I’m so thankful to Dr. Salsberry and his staff. They have helped me and my family. Dr. Salsberry has lots of patience, good bedside manners and lots of knowledge to give. I would most definitely recommend him any time.

I really needed antibiotics for something I had previously just chatted with goodrx about but my issue was not fixed. So I booked an appointment here, same day. I arrived and was taken back by a nurse within 5 minutes. The nurse was attentive and asked me questions and offered feedback. The doctor came in and was very attentive and listened to me. They were quick and attentive. I didn't feel rushed to get in and out and they took care of my problem by ordering antibiotics and following up in a few days to make sure I was getting better.
