List of Chattanooga Imaging's Reviews
They were great with my husband. Had actually closed for the day but they opened back up to take care of an xray he needed. This kept him from having to take more time off from work to come back.
No waiting for a mammogram. Quick and simple. Facility is very clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Was told $129 CASH pay got there and they said they would send me a bill and sent it for $303.96. Stay far far away fraudulent practices. FYI now the say $180 for CASH when you call. NEVER go here. Local hospital has them for $30
Everyone was Amazing and very nice. Explained everything and made sure I was comfortable and more. Ive been here several times for different testing and everyone was very professional and comforting.
Out the door without using insurance for 70 bucks. Kind staff. Quick visit. 5 stars. Thanks guys.
My husband possibly tore his ACL in a skiing accident. We were able to get an appointment short notice and for a reasonable price. The technician that performed the MRI was very compassionate professional and informative about the whole process. I would recommend Dalton Imaging to all my family and friends.
Its been two weeks since I had a mammogram. I called to ask why I havent received a letter with my results. I spoke to Trish who was rude and told me result letters are probably sent out at the end of each month and I should just hang in there. I think it is very insensitive to make a patient wait a month for results. It is no wonder this place has horrible reviews. You have a major patient service problem.Update Brandy the Office Manager at the Dalton location just called to address my concerns. She was extremely nice as is all the staff at the Dalton location. She informed me that a letter had been sent out two business days after my mammogram because they understand their patients are anxious about the results. For some reason I just never received it. Thank you so much Brandy for calling me. I have changed my rating because of your kindness.
Horrible office staff lack of communication and questionable ethics.
I have to say the receptionist. She’s just plain rude. I’ve been given the wrong disc been told I was given discs I didn’t receive. Felt as if I was bothering her. Interrupting her busy day somehow??? Just because you provide a lower cost mri. Doesn’t mean rude is acceptable. My wife and I have done business with dalton imaging for years. Why this person still works there I don’t know.
Although I liked the same day results claim it would be nice if they knew what they were doing. Incorrect reading of scans and wrong diagnosis.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
