List of John Chung's Reviews
I am under the care of two wound care specialist. I am on my 30th Hyperbaric treatment. I have suffered immense pain. Dr Chungs office has ruined my life.
I have been with Dr Chung since early 2000. He's always did a great job for me. I trust him abilities completely.
I would give a minus 1 if I could. I was a regular patient until he gave me a shot without using aseptic technique meaning no alcohol wipe prior to the shot because he was in a hurry. I ended up with an infection around the injection site. I will never return. My advice is to go elsewhere.
Went to see Dr. Chung for MOHS procedure on my face. He was to be the surgeon but the nurse did the entire surgery and the reconstruction went very wrong. All Dr. Chung did was look at his iPad and draw on my face. Further, unsanitary surgery practices caused bacterial infection. It’s been 8 weeks and I’m still not healed and will need corrective surgery. I was so afraid for my safety that I could not go back and went to another Doctor who actually handles patient care himself. Having a nurse perform surgery instead of the surgeon is highly unethical.

Went there because of Dr. Chung’s experience as a MOHS surgeon. My appointment was with him to do the surgery but his NP did the whole thing and it was very extensive. Furthermore surgery practices were unsanitary which caused huge infection in surgery site. Awful experience.

This office gets 20 STARS..GREAT & FRIENDLY STAFF!!Dr.Chung friendly staff are awesome! Dr. Chung treated me like family. He gave me all the information I needed after my procedure was finished. They have also helped & worked with me with a great payment plan that I can afford. Thank You so much for such a great experience.
I have been treated for 2 basal cell carcinomas and beginning treated for a 3rd very soon. I have been treated very well both physically and emotionally by Dr Chung, Dr Gomez and Dr Clark and all the nurses and techs. The office staff has been kind and helpful. I have been seen in the Dalton and Ringgold locations. I am grateful to have been referred to them. I give them 5 stars.
Dr Chung as been wonderful to me, along with the staff!!! He have not only been a great Dr, and takes care of my needs, he is also warm and has a heart of gold!!! He cares for his patients and spends time with them, he’s not one of these Drs that rush in and rush out. He is Amazing!!! I highly recommend Dr Chung.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
