Reasons this place needs an overhaul1 The receptionist is always complaining about phone calls, hello you're a receptionist2 It takes 35 to 45 to get in to the back nurses talk talk talk, last time overheard a convo about placentas3. Lab techs talk too much too, and are unprofessional' The young gentleman is too shakey.but. the docs and assistants are good, oh and the sweet billing/check out lady

Dr. Duchesne is one of my favorite doctors. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable.

I enjoy going to my visits/labs I get treated like a friend the whole team is extremely friendly and pay attention to detail, I always get asked how I have been and what I have been up to they always ask about my hobbies,home,work and personal well being I feel right at home and would recommend this office to everyone .

I was so impressed with Dr. Duchesne and the office staff, nurses, etc. My mom and dad are both patients. They get seen in a timely manner, but he takes his time with them. He genuinely cares about them. He answers questions and goes the extra mile. When I have questions or concerns we call and are given answers the same day. He is also knowledgeable. Both of my parents have received excellent medical care and he consults their other doctors to keep everyone in the loop. I have had to take my parents to several doctors as they have gotten older. We've gone to Rome, Calhoun, Dalton, and Atlanta (Emory) and Dr. Duchesne is my favorite.
