Reddy Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

Earlier this year. I walked-in to this clinic and was rudely denied service.Their sign still said walk-ins welcome.They did not welcome me.The office manager said they had not accepted walk-ins for a couple of months.My mom had walked-in the previous week.The office manager said they still needed to change the sign.I have cancer and was urgently needing to be seen.The lady at the front desk told me to get in my car and go 20 minutes north, if I wanted to be seen by a someone.I told her I was an established patient there.After rolling her eyes like a spoiled teenager, she said my insurance required a referral from my GP, which is only true when I go to someone for the first time.They were ignorant and rude!I couldn't help wondering if they would have seen me if I were a white person!

This was my primary care doctor for years until I moved to Athens I switched to Athens Reddy Medical and now I'm back in Danielsville. I never felt taken care of going to Athens Reddy not to mention the 2 hour wait time. This office is way smaller and takes you back alot quicker not to mention they honor their appointment times! I'll drive those extra 15 miles just because I know they'll listen to me there and not rush me out the door.

I had two sick babies, and during the season when the pediatrician's office is full up and going to the ER isn't the best choice for us, The staff at the Reddy Urgent Care in Danielsville was absolutely amazing! They took great care of us, they were clean and tidy and we were able to wake up the next morning feeling so much better! Small town care can be tricky sometimes, but I'm happy they are here to serve our community!

I had never been to the Dainelsville office but everyone from the people at the front desk to the nurse in the back and Dr. Riner very professional and takes up time to listen and just very nice and everything was clean l will continue to go back for my follow ups and l would recommend anyone needing a Dr give them a call

I had a very good experience with this office. The only complaint I have is every time I go there they keep saying I owe a past bill. I don’t know how many times I have to pay a past due bill. The last time I was there I paid a $15 past due bill that was over 2 years ago. I have not been back until this week and now they say I owe a past due bill of $40. I don’t understand how I keep owing a past due bill. My insurance covered everything but my copay. For the last 2 years I have been a self pay, I have to pay before I see a Dr. And I have to pay before I have any type of other services done, ( flu shot, lab work, etc.) so please tell me how I owe any past due bills!!! Other than that one issue I had a great experience.

The staff is always fast and super friendly! This is the only urgent care my family uses!

I have been there twice recently and was very pleased both times. Quick service and the staff are professional and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly and attractive staff, well informed and concerned about my welfare and health. Asked good questions and even suggested where I could get the prescriptions done quickly, was on vacation.
