Had a great experience overall. When we first walked in the lady at the counter asked my wife to put our papers down as to avoid contact, I get it, it's COVID it was just a tad awkward. However everything thereafter was great. We were in within a few minutes of arriving early, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. They asked questions and try to get to know you, it made us feel like we were actually being cared for, not just another person showing up to get in and get out. Dr. Anderson was very nice and pleasant, very helpful and very calming (my wife has white coat syndrome.) He asked questions about us and tried to again get to know us first before discussing our medical statuses and standing, as opposed to walking in to just looking at a chart, giving us his diagnosis and then leaving. He is very detailed so he can lose you if you don't pay attention but he'll also stop on occasion and ask if he's giving too much information. Nice change from our last PCP. When I called to make a follow up appointment, I had to leave a message but got a call back within 10 minutes from a very pleasant lady from the front desk. If you want a Doctor (and his staff) who won't look at you like a number, we recommend this office.

Great Doctor! Staff is friendly and very helpful. I also get my flight physical done here. I like you can just stop by any morning without an appointment and have labs done or get a flu shot. Longest I’ve had to wait for that is 15-20 minutes.

If you're going to have a heart attack, schedule it in advance!This office is three+ hours late on my appointment. I guess my heart attack happened at an inconvenient time.Zero 🌟s for Zero Help.I'll find my new PCP elsewhere.

My first visit I was greeted with "you here for a drug test?" That was a weird start. I was there for my physical. This is preventative care covered 100% by my insurance once a year. However I was billed for an office visit which cost $ 158. I have called the billing office 3 times and the actual doctors office twice now. No one is willing to bill this correctly. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
