This was the worst medical experience of my life. I was ridiculed, berated and embarrassed by a Dr. St. Claire Sumaili, a foreign born doctor, who sequestered me in an unfamiliar room with a man I had never seen before, who was also a foreign born doctor, because I had missed appointments. Although asked for, neither the center, Albany Primary Health Care, or Sumail, herself has apologized.

My wife took my 10yo step daughter here. She was experiencing pain during urination and blood in the urine. The Doctor, Sumaili, St. Claire Gitau, M.D., after inspection of the urine sample and a glance at my child private area the Dr told my wife it's bleeding because she wasn't wiping well enough. They didn't take care of anything.....No antibiotics. I am not a Dr in any fashion but I feel as if the Dr could have given my child some antibiotics so she could get some relief. My child went on with the pain for more days and we utilize home remedies the best we could to mitigate the pain level so she could continue to go-to school. After a week we received a call today that your child has a bladder infection and she needs antibiotics .....well you dont say.we feel that this was a easy fix and my child suffered more for no apparent reason. We will immediately change to another family practice Dr.
