List of Daniel Bosso's Reviews
The Doctors are amazing however they never have any available appointments with out it being weeks and weeks out. I wish they had more doctors so that they could keep up with the demand of patients. Even when trying to get my child in sick they say that they have to wait a week or longer. Again the Doctors are amazing. I just don't find it fair when you have to wait a week or longer when your kids is sick.
Dr. Bosso was not kind nor gentle during my examination. He was condescending when he talked with me. Almost like he was purposely trying to make me feel stupid.
Not sure why this place has a low rating. I noticed it yesterday as I looked for somewhere to take my daughter. Seems to me, for the most part, people leave reviews when they’re unhappy with a place and not when they’re pleased. I try to leave reviews when I am content with any place of business, if I have time. My daughter was sick all weekend but when she woke up feeling much worse on a school day, she had to stay home. The next day, she still wasn’t feeling great but much better. Still, she had to stay home again. I decided at that point it may be strep throat and she also needed a school excuse for two missed days. I drove her to Northeast Georgia Physicians Group. The office is very clean. Much cleaner than some Drs offices I’ve been to since moving to Ga. The front desk clerk was friendly and was able to get her in quickly. The nurse was nice and did her job proficiently. Dr Andrews spoke with my daughter and after asking her questions, have her a strep test. It came back negative and he said it was likely some random virus. I agree it was a virus due to the mild fever. He suggested some cough drops with a numbing agent because that’s all she really needed. Dr Andrews had good bedside manner and didn’t rush us. Allowed me to ask questions. We were in and out of the office within 30 minutes and some of that was paperwork. They also gave her a school excuse for the two days she missed. Schools can be picky about absences, as we all know. I was happy with how the visit went. All staff was friendly and professional. We got what we needed from the visit, which was to know if she had strep and a school excuse. Everything went smoothly. I would absolutely go back to Northeast Georgia Physicians Group.
My doctor is great. But NGPG's billing dept is straight up criminal. They repeatedly tried to bill me for amounts that my network insurance does not allow, from a year-old Dr visit. They refuse to admit their obvious mistakes and depend on circular logic to defend their overbilling.
Apparently, Ngpg Dawsonville seems to think that only their time is valuable, I scheduled my first appointment there online, found that they only had an appointment available for 8 AM, I confirmed this by phone and I told the attendant that I had to drop my child at school and then I will be there a few minutes after eight, I was told that would be fine and they had a window in which you could show up and still receive service. Unfortunately I showed up at 8:10 which happens to be the cut out but still ok, but since I had to wait for the lady at the front desk to finish a phone call, or the second person to finish doing who knows what in the back for 2!!! Minutes!!!!, I was told I have to reschedule. I waited a long time for This visit, I asked if I could be there a little after eight, I made it just in time, I waited till others were done with what they were doing, there was nobody waiting, but oh well, figure it out right? They never seem to have a problem to charge for a full 30 minute visit When you’re there for 10 minutes, but that’s OK make sure you have a nice cup of coffee and a doughnut with the extra 20 minutes you get paid for doing nothing in those cases, I’ll find another place who cares and doesn’t play this ridiculous 1 or 2 min. Games.
They are arrogant and will laugh in your face when you say know what's best for yourself. NGPG used to be a really decent organization yet over the last few years, their reputation has fell straight into the dumpster where it belongs. 👍
Always have a great experience here.
BEWARE - This primary care facility is not transparent with patients for their wellness care visits. They book for preventive care and then they charge multiple office visits along with wellness so patient gets billed excessively. DONT go to this facility- They are full of guile and deceitful in their billing practices.
Excellent doctor
Over priced Especially for a cash pay patient. Unnecessary bloodwork. Dr. and staff were just OK. Would not recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
