This is a really bad Urgent Care facility. They charge $300 just to send you to another hospital in their network that will add another $1500 just for a simple cut. If at all possible stay away. Local vet may be better option.

Great experience today waled in the urgent care was taken back right away . Nurse and dr were very nice . The Dr knew exactly what was wrong and did not order unnecessary test.

Great experience. Although walk-ins are welcome, I was able to schedule an appointment online which avoided me having to wait once I got there. They sent a reminder text 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Check-in was fast and seamless which was a surprise as I was a new patient to the practice. I was called back promptly. Nurse and doctor were friendly, fast, and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes!! The next time I need medical care outside of my normal doctor’s working hours, I will definitely come back here!

They are awful! They messed up my son’s personal information. First trip they misspelled my son’s first name. I ended up with a bill that insurance won’t cover because of misspelled name. Of course I called and fixed it. 6 months later we came back again different injuries and they messed my son’s birthdate! Got a bill and I had to call back to fix it. I’m not going back there again. I already called the office and they refused to give me confirmation number for filing complaints against their office. How hard is to be able to type my son’s information And yet be a nurse ? Definitely not going back there!
