I would drive however miles needed to see Dr.Athavale! Hands down the most intelligent and knowledgeable specialist in his field. He also has the most wonderful staff, especially Emily!!! Dr.Athavale is honest and does not try to persuade you into unnecessary treatments if it is not in your best interest. Do not spend your money or time going anywhere else!!!!! If I could rate him more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would!

Dr Athavale himself is fine. But his staff isn't the least bit helpful. After being diagnosed with mild sleep apnea on Jan 24, I was called on Feb 18 and told that my CPAP would be supplied by Aerocare. I didn't hear anything for a month; so I called back on Mar 18. They had me call the supplier (which I thought was strange) and I spoke with someone who said they had my order and it would come this week. On Mar 25 I called back. I won't name any names, but the receptionist told me their was a hang up with insurance but they had figured it out. Still nothing - on Apr 6, I called back this time saying I needed a solution as this had been dragging on for months. The receptionist told me that my insurance wasn't going to cover the CPAP. I understand they can't help with insurance, but why am I having to call to find this out? Why are they not giving me alternatives or bringing me back to meet with doctor about my options? I asked the receptionist what my options were (maybe mouth piece, medication, treatment-surgery)...she said "maybe change insurance". Really? Does she understand how that might not be feasible? Pretty sure she just said it to be rude based on her tone, so there's that. The only contact that this office initiated with me after I had after my last call with the doctor was the two bills I received and an automated birthday card. Every other time, I had to call them for updates. This whole thing took almost 3 months! Unbelievable!This is just unacceptable on all accounts. I'll be looking for a new ENT. If you need one that cares about their patients and follows up with them, this office is not for you.

Staff is very friendly & helpful. Both doctors with whom I visited were top notch & answered all of my many questions. I definitely highly recommend this practice for any ENT needs.

I would recommend anyone getting hip surgery to see Dr. Gupta. Results were amazing. Am walking like a normal person again. Dr. Gupta and his staff are very caring and professional.
