Two stars because what happened here really broke my heart I got a new Dr Who didn’t care about my concerns and wasn’t shy about telling me either I am not paraphrasing I was tearing up talking about my condition (which she can see in my chart) ruining my life and she rolled her eyes an said it’s not ruining your life I explained more and she looked at me like girl get over it she couldn’t care so much that she asked me the same question I answered 3xs she was very very heartless and emotionless. It’s funny because on this day I also had the rudest reception experience I’ve ever had here it was so early in the morning and I was so shocked that I couldn’t even say anything about it, but I cant stop thinking about it either. After seeing the dr I decided to read my critical notes and man she put so much of my personal information in those notes so much of how she felt about me in those notes. You think talking to your Dr things are personal, things are confidential but anybody who reads those notes knows what I said to her in confidence. Im so embarrassed. she even put in the notes how I was crying to her But the Dr I had before her (retired) was the best we laughed we joked her notes were only what was necessary

Midwife Kia and the entire team at Atlanta Gyn & Ob are phenomenal! Gentle, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am so glad to have found them. Fear no pap smear! I will be back.

I don’t recommend this practice. The physicians aren’t very knowledgeable and are condescending which is an interesting way to treat women at a gynecology practice. I went in for an annual because I wasn’t able to schedule with my regular OBGYN and was basically treated like a nuisance by both the physician who I was scheduled with (she had to cancel due to an issue with another patient, which is fine, but was not apologetic and was honestly just kind of weird about it) and the person I did end up seeing didn’t really listen to any of my short list of concerns - they really just saw me just to check off the appointment. I was shocked because of the way they portray their team and environment on their website. The office is also quite old. Two stars for the front desk and techs, they were pleasant. Zero stars for the physicians. Highly recommend AOG Associates on Collier instead.

Great care experience!

Great practice - midwives are very responsive and care is comprehensive. Can’t wait to have my baby with them!

My care here was mismanaged and communication was completely disorganized. I experienced rudeness from front desk staff, lack of communication from practice manager and providers, and had to request missing medical records/clinical notes multiple times - which once provided, contained false information. Poor communication between providers, mismanagement of my care plan, lack of timely/complete clinical notes and lack of follow up from staff and practice manager ultimately led to me getting an unnecessary painful procedure repeated. I would never recommend anyone to go to this practice.

I attempted to get an OB appointment for my wife but was informed that they do not take new patients past 12 weeks. The receptionist could not explain the reason behind the policy but I realized that it is likely because of the increased rate of comorbidities as pregnancy progresses. Meaning, these doctors do not care about you!!! They only care about having a high success rate. All the contrived bs on their website about safety and care, they couldn't care less if someone died during childbirth because they couldn't get an OB to see them.

My experience thus far has been wonderful! Sonographer Lori is AMAZING , she takes excellent images and is very knowledgeable. She has a wonderful personality! The nurse midwives, Jabria, Dixie, and Julie are knowledgeable and professional and take their time to explain everything. Dr Duncan was very professional and friendly and genuinely listened to my concerns! Today I had an emergency and the receptionist and nurse CC responded immediately and had me come in for a check! The front desk ladies are always professional and have a great sense of humor ! I would definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for personable and knowledgeable care. I had a pleasant experience with entire process except I felt I waited a little longer than expected to be called to the process area. However, everyone else was called promptly so maybe it was just a glitch for me.
