Very unprofessional receptionist here. We arrived 15 minutes late because we were on traffic we called and let them know .The receptionist only smirked and said nothing other than "we need to reschedule ”, no matter what we asked or said but this receptionist just didn't want to have any type of human interaction.I personally wouldn’t recommend this place for any other pregnant mamas every one deserves love and respect

Would NOT Recommend. The staff was nice enough, but plan to spend an entire day for a single appointment. We arrived at 10:45 for our 11am appointment. At 12:30 we were finally taken back for an ultrasound, and then afterwards told to wait in the lobby for the doctor. At 2:30, the doctor saw us, and by 2:45 we were leaving. 4 hours total we spent here with only 30-45 minutes with the doctor/nurse. They also said they wanted us to come back so they could take a second look at one thing, even though it wouldn't affect the birth process either way. That will not be happening. We came here because it was cheaper than other options. Next time, I will gladly pay more to not have to go through this again.

First visit was not bad - our nurse tech and Lindsey, the midwife on staff, were both great. I don't know if that was a good day or if we came again on a bad day, but as my review indicates, I lean toward the latter. Several reasons; to be brief, we tried to follow up over the phone, and were literally laughed at because "it's a Friday," and we needed to talk with our OB first. Even granting that as true, this is where the signs of a total lack in empathy began. Our second nurse tech didn't say a word to us while giving the heavy-handed ultrasound, and the nurse who came in for the follow up obviously had zero knowledge of our medical records, yet proceeded to school us on a thing or two like she did, even after our pushback with actual facts. Like talking to a brick wall. We learned nothing, were given observations like a Rorschach test, and were told (again), there is "nothing we can do outside of administering the test - please talk with your OB." I believe there are good apples here, but being so close to Emory, I hope it doesn't spoil the bunch. Would recommend church services and/or classes on empathy as a staff - we can do better!

No entiendo porque tantos comentarios negativos, vine hasta con miedo, yo no se NADA de inglés y de verdad que desde la entrada al edificio hasta la chica de recepción de aquí de la suite 710 han sido DEMASIADO amables y pacientes conmigo que de verdad no entiendo ni papa de inglés, muchas gracias por sus servicios, atención y paciencia porque realmente se necesita de paciencia para interactuar con alguien que no entiende el idioma.

lol I love them man . I went in there and felt like I was at home the front desk had me laughing the ultrasound technician was cooollll and the doc on site talk to me instead of at me ! I need this office more than I knew …. They don’t validate parking tho 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

I had a really nice experience here. From walking in immediately being seen. I didn't have to wait and everything was clean and sanitized. The ladies at the front was nice and attentive. The ultrasound lady explained everything I was seeing and even put me on a monitor to ensure I was good. The doctor answered all my questions and overall a pleasant experience. - Ms. Arnold

The receptionist only smirked and said nothing other than "we need to reschedule ”, no matter what we asked or said. We were beyond polite, but this receptionist just didn't want to have any type of human interaction.

This location is wayyyyy better than the Conyers location. The wait is a little long to be seen but my phone kept me entertained. The ultrasound tech was nice, same with the front desk staff. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that you have to pay for parking and no they don’t validate parking.
