My mother has been a Jen Care patient for over 2 years and loves her Doctor……but the lack of concern/communication from the front desk to the doctor almost cause her her life!!!! She is having an allergic reaction to a medication that was prescribed to her. Experiencing side effects she called the office and they told her that it was dental issues. She went to the dentist and they prescribed medication for swelling, and stated that she needed a steroid shot…..( telling someone that doesn’t understand what that’s for is useless). My mom has an appointment for the next week at JenCare and was told that when she comes into the office the Doctor will see her then!! She had to call the nurse supervisor to let her know that she hadn’t ate in 5 days and couldn’t drink!! Her face throat and lips looks as if she was beaten . The doctor saw her today and gave her the shot, IV and medication for comfort, but the lack of concern has to get better!! I pray that she pulls through so I can move accordingly.

My cousin had a Doctor appointment but got cancel because the Doctor is out of the country. But he agree to come in for blood work. When he gets here they said he has no appointment and will be seen as a walk-in. Been here with my cousin for blood work for 1 hour and 25 minutes before being seen. His Doctor is always sick or out of the country. Jencare needs to do better for their patients.

If I need help my doctor is there for me if she's not available the doctors on call are very knowledgeable very helpful the whole extreme care experience I'm loving it spacious clean the receptions very nice the whole experience is just tremendous is also makes me feel more appreciative being a senior I'm grateful that I joined Gene care

The only complaint I have about Jen Care is that they have an age limit that precludes my children becoming patients for the next few years. .Monthly in-person or on-line visits with my doctor ensure that potential problems are nipped in the bud before they have a chance to develop. One- stop shopping means I can get bloodwork, xrays, heart monitoring, medications etc. filled all in one place. Very handy and definitely stress reducing. I don't use the transposing services because I am fortunate enough to still be able to drive myself, but I can see where that is a strong plus for down the road.

I had my first visit yesterday morning. Granted it is a Senior Center, however they accomodated me and gave me options. My Dr. Patel was concerned with my well-being and how comfortable I was at a predominately senior environment. I am 36... From beginning to end, the entire staff I encountered were extremely helpful and hands on. I really appreciate you all!!!
