The doctor was excellent, but I was charged an $800 facility fee, just for an office visit. I find that billing absolutely absurd! I wasn't told about that charge when I scheduled the appointment. Please be sure to ask when scheduling an appointment here!!

I have to add that every time I call for information and appointments the people who answer are extremely professional and caring, I feel on every call that they care about you and that all your questions has been addressed, also Dr. Sunkara cares about the patient. This is the way that all medical field should be.

A woman who gave me the name Sam had me on hold for 30min and refused to make me a appointment based on 3 questions she did not even know the definition of and had to look up the meaning and said that the computer says she can not schedule me based on my answers I told her I was referred to a oncologist and she said that my cancer was not what they treat. She is not a doctor and has no right to tell me who and who I can not see based on my medical history and with my referral in hand. She refused to let me speak with a manager or a nurse. She should be reported and based on the fact she asked 3 irrelevant questions by a computer telling her that I can not book a appointment. What is the purpose of her job if a computer does it for her. If this oncology department has staff that can not assist you in a kindly manner then there practice is not worth pursuing treatment. Beware this appointment scheduler she should be fired.

The Doctor Xia along with entire staff are very professional and caring in dealing with me personally. I would highly recommend this office for care.

Dr. Bhimani is an exceptional oncologist with great clinical reasoning and a compassionate heart. He spends as much time as needed to diligently listen to all of my concerns. For these reasons, I would gladly recommend his practice to anyone.
