The care and consideration from the staff makes me feel better about my current situation. The wait time can be frustrating. Just be prepared and know that the care that you receive is worth the wait!
Dr.Jay is brilliant and caring beyond any doctor I have know and I am an RN. When you go to her office come with the knowledge that you will have to wait. The reason is that she takes her time with each of her patients to ensure they are heard and they understand. Her cancer patients have her number… anyone else know a doctor that does that?? I accidentally called her at 3 am - she called back from her vacation abroad! And since I was on the phone she reviewed my labs. She knew them from memory. Yes, you will have to wait to see her, but she’s worth it!!
This is my third and forever oncologist. I've been very pleased with the care I've received from Dr. Lambert. She thoroughly read my pathology report, has listened to my concerns and remains proactive for my care. It's hard to imagine the level of relief I have knowing she's paying attention. The staff is friendly and they enjoy working together. The chemo room staff goes above and beyond. I've listened to other oncologists' staff complain but this team does what needs to be done, even if it's not their job. The wait times can be pretty lengthy but they've improved over the past year. Even before, waiting was nothing when I could be assured I was being cared for and not just shuffled through the system. The patients are pretty interesting too. This is nice when you're sitting in an infusion chair for hours.
Called the location at 2712 Lawrenceville Hwy. to inquire about making an appointment for a hematologist. Not sure who's answering the phones, but she was very short and rude on the phone so opted not to go forward with the appointment. If this negative initial encounter is a reflection of the practice, it makes it hard to trust I would be treated with care and compassion.
I came here as a patient paying with cash. Before the visit, I called and spoke with their financial department, and they told me the visit would cost around $100 and assured me there's no way it would cost more than $150. A month after the visit, I received a bill for $511. When I called to inform them about their mistake, they didn't answer. I didn't receive any tests or services other than the visit itself.
I went there twice . I'm so sorry to share that the experience was very disappointing . The office is one hour from my home, which is certainly not their fault, but on each occasion ( with a confirmed appointment) I waited over TWO HOURS to see Dr. Alzadeh. The appointments themselves were no more than 5 minutes. Dr. Alzadeh is a good doctor and his diagnosis and treat recommendations were spot on. Unfortunately like most clinics, he is operating within a medical model that is geared toward quantity...which must explain the unacceptable delays due to patient stacking. Staff do not seem to care about the grotesquely long wait, but Dr. Alzadeh did obliquely apologize, but how many times a day must he do this, and frankly the poor man seemed exhausted. The last insult was when I went to make another appointment, the attendant snapped at me. I felt inspired to leave this review after so many months, because I have been living in a hospital for the past two weeks in a foreign country, while a family member has surgery . The contrast in care, empathy, and time, is astounding! Get it together US Medicine!
Dr. Jayanthi “Jay” Srinivasiah is a caring, compassionate care-giver who understands oncology and the treatments very well. She has always taken time to educate me on all things cancer-related. She is easy to reach and flexible in her approach. The staff is friendly and the facility is quite adequate for its purposes, although not as shiny as some other treatment centers. The downside is that the operation is a little clunky in getting folks from the waiting room into treatment. This requires patience, so adjust your expectations and your calendar to allow for up to 3 hours of wait-time. I use the time to work from my laptop or take in some downtime. The great news is, two years after diagnosis, I am alive and well. I made the mistake of seeking treatment elsewhere recently, but when things took an ugly turn, Dr. Jay stabilized everything with urgency. She deserves credit for her gentle approach with people and her aggressive approach towards cancer.
A very busy, very good practice. Dr. Jay and the whole staff are wonderful. One problem: I've been a patient here, going on 2 years. Last week, I saw a patient with a large, stinking dog. I was shocked to find out it was NOT a Service Animal, but an "emotional support dog." This is unacceptable in a setting for people with compromised immunity. I am deathly allergic to dogs, and their dander. I will be calling to make complaints to the State Medical board. I will not spend 4 hours inhaling filth from a dog that shouldn't even be in the office.
Long waits
Expect to wait literally hours after your appointment time. The staff went to lunch while patients waited an extra hour. Completely ridiculous place. Doctors are good but this place is abusive towards patients. The healthcare industry is broken, it is built to take money and give as little service as possible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
