Staff was friendly, welcoming, took care of me at the reception right away. My doctor, Dr. Abebe explained printout to me, told me how to take care of myself, was very respectful, etc.

I had an appointment at 1:20 pm with Dr. Condon. I told the staff that I had a close appointment and had to leave as soon as I could, so I arrived at 1 pm. I was processed by the staff quickly and put in an exam room. After 1:20 I told the staff that I could stay another 10 minutes. When the doctor never showed up, I left after waiting over 30 minutes.

Dr. Colon is great. He explains and answers all issues and questions. The office is somewhat confusing.. it's not a normal reception area you walk into but a mix of different offices. When I walked in , I felt like I walked into someone's workaround. But successfully guided through the maze.
