It had been 3 years since my last visit. I called and was told that a follow up visit was free since my insurance was billed and paid for it 3 years ago.I said are you sure? They assured my it would be free no copay no insurance etc.I went to my appointment and I told them again it had been 3 years. They assured me again this appointment is free a follow up and we have already collected for this visit from insurance. It would be double billing if we collected again.Saw Dr. told me to go to the front desk and pick up a cup. That is all.Left and received a Bill in the mail for an “encounter” for a couple of hundred dollars $$$.I have insurance and money for a copay if asked. They did not and were insistent this visit was free.I have talked to the billing department and they say they can’t help what the appointment department and the Dr. office tell me. They decide what is owed.Just beware it might be much $$$ more than they lead you to believe.

Before arriving at this facility and reading the reviews I was extremely skeptical of them doing any surgery on my wife. During the day of my wifes surgery the entire staff proved me wrong. My father was a doctor and my daughter is a nurse therefore I expect a lot in the medical field. The entire staff was very courteous very professional and extremely efficient the entire time we were there. I will note there was one nurse during postop that was a little flakynot as efficient as she could have been bud there were no other complaints from me or my wife.I therefore would recommend this facility to anyone.

Disappointed with my experience. Waited 2 hrs to be seen 1.5 hrs past my appointment time. Spent 5 minutes with Ben who was very nice. He asked that I have an ultrasound sent over for him to review and that theyd call me back with their thoughts. He asked that I call them if I hadnt heard from them in a week. I did couldnt get through at the front desk. Tried again later and ended up leaving a message as prompted for them to return my call. That was weeks ago and I never heard back. But I did receive my bill like clock work

Saw Dr. Daniel Canter yesterday for a simple endoscopic surgery. He took offense at something I said while on the operating table and literally threw a temper tantrum right there. He then proceeded to.cancel the procedure and stalked out.Do you.want to entrust your surgery to someone who would do that?

Mrs. Lambda MsezaneIs an exceptional urologist. She listens and truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is having any kind of urologist problem. She is a MASTER AT HER TRADEShe is one on a million and the staff at this location Decatur is also outstanding.Thank you
