This company was recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon. Two years in a row they filed bogus claims on me that kept my outpatient physical therapist from getting paid by Medicare. Last year they served me right as Covid was beginning, and I had never had a major medical event before. This year we were all experienced when I had my other hip replaced. Guardian Health came to my house exactly ONCE, four days after my surgery. I began outpatient surgery a few days later and notified them. A month later, and for TWO MONTHS Guardian Home Health filed what I am now calling FRAUDULANT Medicare claims on my care. I am appealing and I am writing this bad review because they should have their license pulled. I DID think well of the therapist they sent but they are completely dysfunctional administratively and now I am convinced they are committing Medicare fraud. I should say that I, and the outpatient therapy company, called repeatedly and talked to "Laqueesha" the executive director but no action was taken to remove my name from their Medicare status.

We had our first nurse consultation before starting PT with my grandmother today and I am very pleased with this company so far. Their employees went above and beyond to contact us (which was way harder for them then it should have been) and our nurse today was great about communicating when she would be coming and everything we could expect. I definitely recommend them.

After being up all night with a crying baby and helping another child with virtual school, I was exhausted, & one of their workers call my phone waking me out of my sleep stating she is from Texas asking for another lady. When I let her know I am not her and I’m sorry she has the wrong number she hangs up on me without once apologizing or ending the conversation. So rude! With that attitude I wouldn’t dare put a family member in their care.

My aunt was released from a rehab facility on dec. 27th. Guardian was sent a request before she was discharged. It's taken almost 2 weeks for someone to be sent out to continue her rehabilitation. This is totally unacceptable. I understand that it was during the holidays but come on 2 weeks. She has been using them periodically for the last 6 months. I'm glad to be moving her to sc.
