List of John Oliga's Reviews
Dr John Oliga is my doctor over 21 years. i am very happy with Dr Oliga and he is also a family doctor for as. The most greatness about him to take his time to understand and really to listen his patient. Make sure they understand, Offering Patient to ask him any Question. i am glad he is my Physician a great job Dr Oliga. Thanks is not enough for you. God bless.
Dr. Oliga is an outstanding physician, I have know Dr. Oliga for over 20 years. He is very detailed. I choose him for my brother pcp because of his detailed exams and the attention he give to his patients especially the elderly.. Yes, sometime the wait may be longer than expected because he is getting every detail from his patient and prescribing the best care, treatment and referral. He does not rush through the exam. and always gi diligently give his time to answer all the patients questions and concerns. If you are looking for a drive through mentality physician Dr. Oliga is not for you. If you are looking for a physician that is passionate about medicine, patients and treatment Dr. Oliga is the one.
While I've had some issues with waiting, I've received an apology from the staff. I've gone to Dr. Oliga for about five years now and he has worked with my other doctors to coordinate care.
I have been going to this office for years. I had to wait three hours for a check up. The doctor was not apologetic at all after I told him how long I waited.
I had been seeing Dr. Oliga for years and things had seemed to be going well. Recently we had not been seeing eye to eye when it comes to my health. I have now decided to find a new doctor. Yes, It's time for me to go!
Please don't waste your time. I have called 3x's to get an appointment. First and third time, they were too busy taking care of patients and needed to call back. The second time, there computer system was down. When I complained the third time, the woman told me maybe I should consider another doctor or practice. I, obviously, can't rate him as a doctor, since I cannot get to seem him.
The worse staff ever... An entire hour there and I'm still just sitting. Mind you they removed my name off the list without calling me so I had to ask do I need to fill out paperwork twenty minutes in. I ended up just walking out. SMH
They have a lack of organization and they re-bill you multiple times even though you have paid claiming because they were transitioning. Unacceptable
Very good doctor. Staff has changed recently and prescriptions are slow to get refilled.
I have had to wait over an hour past my appointment time just about every time. Other patients in the waiting area complain about the same thing. Also, I recently requested documentation of medications I am currently taking necessary for a trip out of the country. I went to pick up the letter and the prescription list last Thu or Fri. One medication was not listed, so I had to request a new, complete list, and requested that they mail it to me so I would not need to make another trip. It did not arrive when he said it would, so I called to ask if they would fax it. What they faxed was only the letter and not the list, so I had to call and request again. I was treated as if it was MY fault and I was a burden, and the tone in the receptionist's voice when she said, "I'm sorry but that's all we can do for you" was unprofessional. I was especially disappointed that what they ended up sending what not the updated, complete list similar to the original list I got, but rather a print out of my active and inactive medications. I am not at all happy and have not been, and this incident today pushed it over the top. I will be seeking a new primary care physician.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
