Jung Whun Suh's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Suh is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He has always been friendly, very concerned about the issues that I was having and very thorough in my treatment. I can’t thank Dr. Suh enough for all that he has done for me. He is an excellent doctor!

I have pancreatic cancer and was referred to Dr. Suh for 2 endoscopic procedures, on different dates. He hardly said a word because he was reviewing all my records up to the last minute. Afterward, he had a concerned, kindly, and informative bedside manner. That’s what I want in a surgeon. Months later, I was admitted to Kennestone hospital through the emergency department. While treating me for something else, they found and treated a new small stomach ulcer. For my follow-up, I’m definitely trying to get an appointment with Dr. Suh. Nice to have found a skilled trustworthy specialist.

Absolutely horrible--I waited 6 months to see Dr. Suh only to be dismissed in the first appointment and sent way for expensive tests (with no follow up communication) and another appointment 6 months later. The day before my appointment, he cancelled my appointment and won't work me in for 3 more months. I have spent thousands on testing, and have waited a year while receiving no contact or help from Dr. Suh. This is the worst medical care I have ever received and leads me to doubt whether the other reviews on this site are legitimate.

DR. Suh is a great doctor. He answers all your questions. He explains everything to you in a way you can understand. He is so kind and friendly. I recommend DR.Suh highly.

Dr Suh is very courteous, intelligent and professional. He listens to all your concerns. I had several procedures done by him and I was so grateful that he helped me. He is truly an amazing Dr.

Dr. Suh provided a great experience in virtual health calls, in-office visits, and procedures. He answered all questions respectfully and listened to my concerns. However, it may be wise to ensure the administrative staff has correctly taken down your information, and keep ensuring it is correct. After seeing Dr. Suh numerous times and receiving plenty of mail from the office regarding visits and previous bills, they inexplicably lost my mailing address, and then failed to send me an updated bill post insurance adjustments. Instead of reaching out to me to re-enter the mailing address or notify me of the updated bill, they simply sent the bill off to collections without ever notifying me of the adjusted cost after insurance. Given they lost my address, they couldn't provide collections with an address either, so this bill sat unnoticed for almost 10 months due to the administrative staff's inability to reach out to me once. Pitifully unprofessional. Great doctor, terrible admin.

I was referred by my oncologist because of my gastro issues. He explained what my issue was doing in layman’s terms and I appreciated that very much.
