In an time when the customer experience landscape is ripe with strain and disruption Dr. Lattisha Bilbrew exemplified all that is right about excellence and good values. Not only was she kind patient and caring but she was also extremely understanding of the implications of the injury to my son whom is a highly recruited HS athlete. She took her time to completely understand the context of his injury. After this she diagnosed and recommended a plan based on best practices. She incorporated our goals and concerns for recovery and set expectations for the full surgery to recovery process. The surgery went remarkably well Not surprising given the surgical giant who trained her. The PT has been incredibly valuable. She maintains communication with the PT and makes realtime adjustments as needed. The intangibles inclusive of staff environment ease of appointment setting and technology to streamline communication is also top notch. She put us all at ease

Dr. Lattisha Bilbrew has been one of the most influential factors in my journey to becoming a medical professional. I am proud to be her medical assistant because she genuinely cares about each patient and is the absolute best at what she does. She has touched the lives of hundreds of people. Every day I hear patients talk about how much Dr. Bilbrew has gone out of her way to help them. I have witnessed other physicians come to her for medical advice and she is always happy to help. Dr. Bilbrew came into my life at a time when I was feeling discouraged about my place in the medical field but due to her mentorship I am now more motivated than ever to continue my journey My ultimate goal is to follow in her footsteps as a Black woman in the orthopedic field. She is brilliant inspirational and a pleasure to be around

Dr. Bilbrew has a remarkable way to put patients at ease. She listened to my issues and questioned me in a way that said she actually heard what I was saying. I never felt that she was rushing to get to the next patient. That alone deserves recognition. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and was able to give me options for my recovery process and get me started with all the other tests and things that needed to be done before any eventual surgery. I would like to point out that I had surgery in October 2019 not orthopedic another surgeon and neither of my other doctors were able to provide any form of relief even with physical therapy. I had to take FMLA . Then my family doctor recommended a visit to an orthopedist. Dr Bilbrew looked at my shoulderarm and knew what needed to be done. For the first time I feel like there is a chance at healing. Also I would like to recognize Nial spelled wrong? and Tasha that took my x rays Jennifer in pt and Madison. Top notch crew.

Dr Bilbrew is very compassionate and graceful. She pays attention to the details and is always very pleasant. I’d recommend her services to anyone.

I wanted to give Dr. Bilbrew an extra star 5 stars is not enough. From the initial call to the visit to surgery post surgery appointments it was always a superb Because of her great customer service bedside manners the knowledge and the friendliness. My son and I felt comfortable with the whole process. She explained things so we can understand and the staff that she had chosen for the surgery we’re just as great. This could easily have been a stressful experience as my son was having surgery but at no point did I feel worried or stressed. I knew he was in the best hands possible

Absolutely phenomenal experience Her knowledge friendliness and customer service made us feel very confident that we chose the right Dr. for my sons surgery. From the initial visit to surgery to post operation follow up everything was amazing Her team mirrored her approach and we felt at easy and I was never nervous about my son surgery. Everyone should know that Carpal Tunnel Surgery in the hands of Lattisha Bilview MD is not as painful as the stories you heard back in the day. I was operated on my right hand in October of 2018 and back to work 14 days later and functioning. I again rescheduled to have my left hand done in December of 2018 with the same results. Dr. Bilbrew and her team have been wonderful. I had a tumor removed from wrist. She is a highly skilled surgeon. I am very impressed with how nicely the scar is healing. She was fantastic. The entire staff from the front desk the surgical team and my rehab have been very pleasant reassuring and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bilbrew for handwrist surgery. I truly appreciate people who are gifted in their chosen profession and she is on that list.
