The receptionist at the candler rd location is extremely rude

I went for a Covid test at the drive thru on Candler Road on September 1st. They hand me swab myself. OK. She did explain how to do it. They told me they would call me if it was positive and text me if it was negative. As of September 24 I still have not received my results. I sent an email via my patient portal. I called and left a voicemail for someone “to look in my chart.” Still no results. They are overwhelmed and unorganized. Go somewhere else for your Covid tests.

Imagine being left in a room completely forget about for simple blood work for 30 min. My overall time in the office was 1hr 30 min With an appt. Then the last at the front for check in …no comment with how slow that process is as well.

I went to the drive up location on Candler Road. They are improperly performing Covid tests. They actually have you do the test and have you insert the swab just inside each nare and swirl around a few times….I was under the impression that in order to obtain a good sample the swab has to be inserted deeper in the nasopharyngeal airway. Go to Viral Solutions if you want your covid test done properly

Would rate 0 if possible. I came here because I had a allergic reaction to something I ate. I felt my airway begin to tighten and I slowly was having trouble breathing. I called 911 which I was placed on hold smh. In the mist of being on hold I drove myself to this clinic just in case my airway continued to restrict i would at least be with medical professionals. I walked in and explained that I was unsure if I was having a allergic reaction but my airway feels tight and my breathing isnt normal. They asked me did I have a appointment which I stated no. She went to speak with the doctor named Metra Wright. She then came back and told me the doctor would not see me and I need to. All 911. I begged for someone to take a look to make sure my.throat wasnt still swelling and I told them I already called 911 and was on hold. They refused to help me they refused to even look. The nurse the doctor the staff had no compassion what so ever. They didnt care that my.breathing was compromised they didnt care what the emergency wa was they dont care if I made out dead or alive. The sad thing is this is a clinic I have been to several times. I dont recommend going to a place where the people lack compassion for your health and wellbeing. I look at this company totally different

Couldnt give a ZERO . THIS PLACE NEVER returns calls or answers a call after being transferred. Piss poor way to do a business. Non professional

I hate this place. They take a hour to see youNo sympathy for guest. They are super slow you will be there all day this is there 2nd time scheduling me and having to reschedule me I hate it there

I absolutely love this doctors office. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel like a science experiment when i attend and they typically get it right on the first try lol. My only complaint is the wait time. If I have to go in the morning I just simply take off work for the whole morning and go in the afternoon. If I have an afternoon appointment just go into work that morning and take the rest of the day off. No such thing as a 45 appointment around here. They also have done very well with the covid measures. I dont feel like Im putting my life in danger when I arrive. All in all this is a good medical office.

I would not recommend this place. If you have a serious medical condition it might as well be a scratch on your leg to them. No sense of urgency and the staff is very unpleasant to be around. My physician NP Coleman is the only good thing at this place. But even she cant overcome how unhelpful they are. They have a patient portal where you can leave messages and get prescriptions refilled. No one has ever messaged me back or called me back. Ive used it over 10 times since September of last year. Currently traveling for work and I need my meds for a serious medical condition and if I stop taking it I could have all kinds of issues. Theyre going to make me come back to my home and then set an appointment to see someone before they give me my meds. And no it is not a regulated drug or a narcotic like pain pills. Nothing close to that. But even when Im in my city I have nothing but issues trying to get a refill. MedCura diagnosed me but it seems like they wont even give me the meds they said I needed. I will be finding another place to go. This place isnt worth anyones time.

Did anyone else use the free COVID testing through Medcura at S Dekalb Mall and receive a bill? I called and was sent to voicemail and no one ever returned my call. I would love to know why I’m getting an email and letter for a bill for $200.
