Dr. Gordon did a fantastic job with my relative's cataract surgery. He was very thorough and attentive. The procedure went well and the recovery was fast. I thoroughly recommend Dr. Gordon.

I have seen this doctor along with 2 other doctors in the practice. All are good. The first time I saw Dr. Gordon I waited 3 hours to see him for a visit I had made an appt. for 2 weeks earlier. When I complained to the staff they said "I see she has not met Dr. Gordon before". After my next visits and the same thing happened, I changed doctors and have not had problems with long waits. Yesterday I had a problem and needed to see a doctor and called for an appt. I was given an appt. for 3:10 and was there on time. When I learned I was seeing him I ask if he was running "on time" and was told he was. I waited 2 hours and when he finally came in I ask if I could speak privately with him. He got upset, yelled at me (he knew what I was going to say) and told me " I was a work in" . I was not aware of this. I told him the patient's time was also important, I felt this was unfair to the patient, this was not the first time I had to wait this long even when I had a regular appt., and I felt he would not have waited this long for me. He informed me he too waited this long to see his doctor. He got very upset with me. My husband is willing to wait 2-3 hours to see him. I am not.

Very professional and through

Dr. Gordon is a real professional. Excellent, congenial, professional, and thorough. He's been my eye doctor for nearly 30 years and I couldn't have wanted anything or anybody else. Thank you, Dr. Gordon!

I personally found Dr. Gordon to be quite thorough, caring about my vision and knowledgeable. He found some issues, which isn't surprising at my age, and gave me an assessment of what I needed to deal with, a timetable for that and the most likely scenarios as to how the treatments and condition would play out. Also, I found his staff to be quite good. I even rushed there late one day with what I thought was a major contact lens problem. They examined me and addressed the problem and all was fine after that. I can strongly recommend them.

Had an first eye exam with this group in which they called in advance to give me a reminder that I had an appointment. Got there at 9:30 with all paperwork filled out stil waiting almost an hour to see the doctor. They over-booked. Order a pair of contact lenses and waited for another 2 weeks for them to come in. I did not receive a phone call telling me these were in nor did I receive a telephone reminder. Called and they said I had missed my appointment and it will be another two weeks to make another appointment. the office will charge you if you miss an appointment. I will find another optometrist since this office can not keep track of the patient nor the reminders.

Terrible. I will never go back here. The front desk was extremely rude to me and Dr. Gordon seemed rushed and uncaring after I waited 2 hours to see him. I will NEVER go back here.
