I too have been to several other Resurgens offices and the Decatur office is the best that I’ve been to! John and Dr Bailey make an excellent team and if anyone is wondering should I go see them…..Do it! Together they have put a pep back into my step and have giving me a reason to be hopeful moving forward with a foot injury that’s been a nightmare going on three years now, Thanks John & Doctor Bailey you guys are the best!!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had at Resurgens and I have been going to them for years. I saw Dr, Koch. He was by far the best Dr I have ever seen. So nice personable and easy to talk to. He understood my problem and we both agreed on the course of action to take to make my issue better.

Love this practice. Dr Bailey helped me with an ankle fracture a few years ago and it healed 100%. This visit was for inflamed Achilles. He gave me stretches & exercises to alleviate some of the pain/discomfort. He told me is I follow the regimen, I will get relief. I will do as told! Definitely recommend for any leg/ankle/foot issue.

The girl who checked me in was nice enough. Bailey and Dr. Koch were INCREDIBLE. The woman (I didn’t catch her name) who did my x rays was so gentle and friendly. The only complaint I have is the woman who checked me out of the office; she was not friendly and did not make eye contact with my husband or me once. I would definitely see Dr. Koch again!

Dr Koch was my surgeon in 2002. What a wonderful job he did on both my cervical and lumbar surgery. Today my knees and shoulder has chronic pain. Of course I returned to the person that personally and professionally took care of me. It’s been years, but Dr Koch still has your best interest at heart Immediately he thought how to give me some relief from my pain.. His Staff very professional and spoke in each area of the office. In the X-ray room they were awesome as well. All the way from the start even as I exited. Awesome just awesome
