I absolutely love the staff here, I was greeted w a friendly welcome as soon as I entered the office ! That eased some of anxiety with dr visits, paper work and payment processing was a breeze!! Then I was treated so well by the nurses in the back and by the dr I saw . I was able to express all concerns w out feeling rushed even though there were many in the waiting area to be seen! I’d definitely recommend this urgent care for anyone in our area

Leaving a one star to maybe bring attention to this. The papers they print out at the end of the appointment have your ENTIRE SS number printed on them. So be AWARE of that. Other than that the staff was really nice, cost a bit more than what I was thinking but I did have to get an x-ray. Should also point out that they stop taking patients at a certain time before they close. I would change the google hours to reflect that or somehow add a note about it.

Uncaring, Disrespectful, Dismissive and RUDE !!! Avoid at all costs !!! My biracial 7 year old granddaughter was treated hatefully. They need to fire front desk staff member.

Do not waste your time or money… lots of money! P A was fine. The follow up was non existent for tests. Couldn’t even bother to call even after filling out paper that said they could leave it all on voicemail. Office staff did not and would not fax results to Primary care physician. Their words not mine. I guess after you pay the excessive bill, Very Expensive, the sick 8 year old doesn’t matter. I’ll definitely kind another provider if we ever have another situation where immediate attention is needed. Please learn from my experience. Go elsewhere.

I don’t like going to the doctor at all, but the people here made it very easy. They are very caring and made sure to take the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Could not ask for better care.

The people are awesome, Nicole, Brenda Hart, Missy and last but not least Dr, Dallas. They reviewed my meds made some positive changes and most important, they listened. Thanks ladies!

The office manager was so RUDE to me, its seems she hates her job. Dealing with the public she should be more helpful to the patients! I wont be back!
