The doctor is okay but the women who work there are sooo rude all on the phone nasty and rude! They don’t want your opinion or suggestions on how to approach and effectively follow up on appointments.She said she left a message but I don’t check messages!(But after the rude response I checked just to see she didn’t leave a voicemail yesterday!!My advice is to send text messages!! Rude and get some nice employees cause they ain’t it!!!Now I’m looking for a new eye doctor that schedules appointments within a reasonable amount of time 😫

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Heaven for many, many years. He is very thorough and professional. I wish all of my medical professionals were as good. Highly recommended.

The fat white receptionist is rude!! She really has a problem. I came in a few months ago and the other Hispanic lady took me in immediately I asked if she could show me some frames and she was nice didn’t have a problem. All of a sudden the far white orge walks from the back room telling the Hispanic lady to take her lunch and the Hispanic lady was like “I’m taking a customer” and the fat orge was like “no you can take your lunch now and she can wait” referring to me. I said well she was just helping me but it’s fine, she immediately cuts me off and says “you know what now you’re gonna wait until 4pm EXACTLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT” lol it was only 3:57 what was making me wait 3 minutes going to do. Why schedule my appointment If youre both on lunch breaks at that time? Weird. It’s a small office I guess they don’t have many employees. The Hispanic woman was very nice tho. The dr is nice too but he really needs to hire someone else I mean there’s multiple reviews talking about the rude receptionist! And lady if you’re reading this if you don’t like your job go apply at McDonald’s they’re hiring!! I’ve been going here for 5+ years but ever since the interaction with the fat white woman I’m good lol. It’s crazy how this was months ago and she still disgusts me!! Go hit the gym and run a treadmill instead of running your mouth!!

I've been a patient since before Dr. Heaven opened his own practice and followed him. He is very thorough, a clear communicator and is conservative in his treatment. He and his staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Heaven Eye Care

I've been seeing Dr. Heaven since I first got glasses back in 2003. He's always been great. He's very knowledgeable in his field and is always more than happy to answer my questions. His staff is always kind, professional, patient, and helpful. This office is my go-to no matter what.

The ladies in the reception are very pleasant and personable. Dr. Heaven is very professional, friendly, warm and excellent with communication. I've went there three times with the previous time (before my appointment today) being six years ago, and my overall positive experience has remained the same. I highly recommend!
