My TRUE rating is 4.5. From the woman at the checkin desk to Lacie Karen and Dr. Erinn Gardner I was treated with kindness care respect and empathy. Dr. Gardner listened to my history asked pertinent questions and thoroughly explained things in a way that made sense and connected dots. Her personality is professional and personable she is a great communicator. There was no time I felt rushed by her.While in the office I had a potentially serious issue after testing and was attended to with the proper care and instructions for followup. They made sure I was safe and felt well before leaving. Im glad I followed my instinct and chose this office and Dr. Gardner. SN If youre cold while waiting Karen has blankets and I was appreciativeMy only real complaint is that although I completed the new patient packet via their portal I still had a lot of paperwork to complete when I got there. All of it should be online to save time not just for the patient but for the office staff who do checkin as well.

Dr. Gardner is very personable and makes sure that she answers any questions that your have thoroughly. She also provides any alternate solutions to allergy and asthma problems.

I have been going to the Atlanta allergy and asthma doctor for a while now and everyone is always so nice and informative. This last time I went the nurses were very informative about keeping things pens doors chairs and anything else that patients need to touch were cleaned and that everyone was wearing a mask and that they were takin care of.

Dr. Gardner is a caring and considerate physician. She has provided excellent care for my family and takes her time in ensuring that I understand her medical advice and how to best address the food allergies that my children have. I highly recommend her

Dr. Gardner is the most caring friendly professional and knowledgeable doctor I know. My quality of life is owed to her expertise in placing me on a plan that fit my diagnosis. Her staff of nurses made sure to prepare me by teaching me and practicing with me until I was comfortable and understood my planYou see I had no clue what asthma was and how it affects your life. I am an adult and was shocked that this could happen to me. I thank God for the patience Dr. Gardner and her staff shared with me and continues to share. Much love and gratitude ❤️🙏🏿
