It okay but can be better here's why. This office doesn't take first time patients at 3:30pm although they schedule me for that time okay cool, No problem. First time coming I wasn't offered to go with her to get x-rays they just take the 4yr old child and x-ray her. Fast forward to cast removal day was supposed to be a Friday the doctor she was seeing was gone be out so another doctor was taking all her patients so they pushed the appointment to a Tuesday at 3:15pm Aug 29 I arrive to the appointment daughter excited to get her cast removed cause it been on all summer and no one's here. Check my voicemail and they called me Aug 17 stating "the providers will be leaving early on the 29th and she needed to come earlier or reschedule". The communication for this location can be a lot better

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the amazing and thorough customer service we received during our recent visit to this orthopedic clinic in Douglassville. As a parent, it can be a worrisome experience when our children require medical attention, but the team here truly went above and beyond to put us at ease. From the moment we entered the clinic, we were greeted warmly by the reception staff, who displayed utmost professionalism and empathy. I was especially impressed with the attention and care provided by the PA, Caitlin, during my daughter's orthopedic evaluation. She displayed exceptional knowledge and expertise. Her thoroughness in diagnosing her condition and discussing treatment options left us feeling confident in the path forward. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional customer service we received at this orthopedic clinic. You all have undoubtedly set a high standard for comprehensive care and created a supportive environment for young patients and their families. Thank you!
