1st of all I want to say I was greeted with a very pleasant young lady in addition to that the office the bathrooms and the patient care areas were all cleaned appropriately There was a assistant that was taking the images of my mouth I must say she was very pleasant she was nice and polite the overall experience was absolutely wonderful In the past I've had really awful experiences with going to the dentist where it took me medication just to be comfortable but when I came into your office from the beginning to the end it eased me right away I felt very comfortable I was not nervous At all I thank you and your whole staff for giving me such a pleasant experience😌❤🙏

As always everything ran smoothly with little waiting. Dentist and assistant were very professional and worked on my fillings with great care for me. I was asked several times how I was doing. Shots administered painlessly. I have used this practice for years.i have never had a bad experience.

I went into coastal dental for a Dental clearance for surgery. After completing the x-rays, I was told that I needed a bridge because it was potential signs that an infection could set in. Therefore, my medical clearance was not signed off on that day. However, the office manager was very kind, sweet and understanding that she was able to work me in the following week. On October 17 was the day of my procedure. When I entered the office I was very nervous about having the procedure done. The doctor entered the room, introduced himself. I still was feeling a little nervous and uptight. However, he informed me that I would be OK. Still feeling a little nervous when the procedure started. However, from the tone of his calm voice and the words that he spoke made me feel relaxed. He constantly used the words “ it looks good you’re doing great, continue to relax, it made the procedure go by fast and pain free. I was very pleased and satisfied. Thanks to the doctor and his team. Forever grateful

I came to Coast Dental because of a toothache. My 1st visit took time, new patient. Every step taken was discussed before any work took place. Was able to save the tooth, got a root canal and crown. Everyone there has great bed side manners! I’m impressed with the quality of work that Dr. Rolle and his staff give. Gained My Trust for sure!! I confident in dental care here at Coastal….Securing the smile I want!!!

They worked me in immediately for an emergency situation. I’ve never been to a more comforting dental practice in my life. Everyone there is wonderful and I am so grateful. Dr. Rolle is very gentle and all his associates are too. Wish I would’ve found this practice a long time ago.

On Sept 5, 2023 I went to Coast Dental to get a temporary Crown removed and get the perm crown installed. Dr. Rolle attempted to numb the tissue around tooth number 18 repeatably for three hours he was unsuccessful with numbing the tooth that he was working on causing me severe pain so he finally stopped. He said he gave me the legal limit of injections and we need to try again on Sept 7, 2023. I returned on the 7th and he was successful with getting the area numb pretty fast. I hung around the office to let the numbing meds wear off so that we could make sure my sleep apnea oral appliance fit properly and it did not. I told him I would go back to the doctor who ordered it to see what the issue is. After leaving the care of Dr. Rolle I had to go to the emergency room on that Sunday Sept 10th for what I thought was a dislocated jaw. I couldn't bite down, I was in a ton of pain, my jaw is twisted out of alignment. After an x-ray and CT scan I was told that I had TMJ disorder. I never had a TMJ diagnosis before. On Monday Sept 11, 2023, I went back to the sleep apnea dentist for a 2nd opinion, and he said it was muscle trismus from the constant injections given by doctor Rolle. As of now I may have to see a physical therapist as my jaw is still out of alignment on today Sept 18, 2023. He should have stopped injecting me after a couple times. Additionally, I am on meds for pain and inflammation and a soft food diet. Not to mention horrible pain from tooth 18 (the original tooth) and now the top tooth above number 18. I am now intolerant to air, hot and cold which I was NOT before this trauma. Excluding the other staff they have been amazing this is the worst dental experience I have EVER endured from a medical professional.
