Catherine displayed the perfect combination of personal and professional care to me during my visit The.staff was super friendly the atmosphere was good the office was clean and my wait time was less than 5minutes from the time I walked into the door until I was called back to the exam room. I needed a treatment and a good conversation about it since it was my first in a very long time. Amazing Doctor Nurses and office staff. They actually take the time to listen to you and explain everything very well. They are very thorough and very understanding.

Usually when going to an office for urology concerns it can be very scary and somewhat disconcerting. My experience with everyone in the officefrom the time I check in until I leaveis always very prompt and attentive. They are busy but they take the time with you that you need. You don’t feel like some number on a piece of paper. They understand that you might not be at your best but they are always at their best cheerful selves. I cannot even begin to say who makes me feel more welcome I love Dr. Kaplan and his supporting office. I am thrilled that he has Ms. Carmen to help him in the office now. She is absolutely wonderful. I love having her take care of me as much as I love Dr. Kaplan. She listens as well as Dr Kaplin always has seems to care and tries to find the solution to my problem ASAP. Thanks so much Cathy B.

Dr. Kaplan PA Catherine and the nurses are great to work with. I have been a patient for the last 4 years and they all take time to listen and look for the best care for your situation.
