Me. Betty in the lab is always so nice and gentle. She makes the whole process easier and always has such kind and encouraging words for me. Especially when I had to come every week to have blood work done for my chemo treatments. She is such a blessing to this facility.

The receptionist Fred creates a calm friendly and fun environment. I’m always greeted with a smile and prompt service. Im a new patient and wouldn’t change Dr.Jackson and her team for the world. I can truly say I feel like a member of the Kaiser Permanente Family. Keep up the good job it is greatly appreciated Thanks again 😊

Dr. Jackson provides the best care. She is genuinely concerned about you as a patient and she wants to make sure that you receive her undivided attention during your visit and that you understand your care as well. Her bedside manners are the best and that’s really hard to find in a provider today. The staff at the Kaiser Douglasville office makes it happen every time. Shital and Stina were awesome.

Waited 2 hrs to be seen because the nurse skipped over me by placing another customer ahead of me. But once seen the Customer service from Dr. Hudson and Nurse Betty was phenomenal.
