My visits was short of Amazing. I recently had surgery and The staff was so courteous and patient. Time management is awesome, I've never had to wait over 10 mins to go to the back. I would recommend this facility for all your orthopedic needs.

Angela at the front desk was very warm and surprisingly pronounced my first name correctly. 😊 The nurse, xray tech and Dr. Jaffe were exceptionally pleasant and made me feel at ease about needing a steroid injection in my shoulder. I highly recommend this location for Ortho treatment.

I have been well treated throughout my knee replacement experience. From Dr. Jaffe, the surgeon to Dr. Presha Barr, the Physical Therapist who did an amazing job with my rehab. I highly recommend Piedmont Orthopedics.

The check in was quick and the staff was very professional. I was called within 10 minutes to go back and see the doctor. I spent about 20-30 minutes through the whole process. Great service!

My wife had both knees replaced and one rotator cuff operation. I had one knee replacement. All went well. Dr. Jaffe is a good no-nonsense surgeon. We both liked him. For all four OP’s he sent us home with Continuous Passive Movement (CPM) machines that moved the joints and made a world of difference in the outcome. Many surgeons don’t use CPM’s. I suspect that therapy means money and a CPM helps you recover quicker. Dr. Jaffe is not a touchy-feely guy. But he’s a surgeon who can give you the best possible outcome on your operation. I’d recommend him to anyone.

The entire staff is absolutely professional and very friendly. Clean and well lit facility. Everyone was happy and the atmosphere welcoming. Dr. J is very knowledgeable, thorough and he has a great personality!
