Dr. Maina was very thorough and gentle. She explained some things I didn't know. She was a good listener and weighed every option. I would bring my daughter to her anytime.
Am glad to have visited, both Nurses and Doctor are all professional
One of the best allergy doctors I've seen. I will continue to see her in the future. Very pleased with her care. Personable, extremely knowledgeable and was very on top of all my health conditions.

After multiple visits to numerous specialists, it was suggested to us by a friend that my son could be allergic to the orthopedic implant in his arm from a major accident which resulted in both bones in his forearm being broken and plates having to be used. Dr. Maina emphatically argued with me that could not be the cause of his problems, and “she would not put her child” through having the hardware removed to see if that was the cause. She said that 100% could not be the cause. Months later, ignoring her because she is not God and all-knowing as she apparently believes, we had the removal performed on July 1, 2021. It is now November 2021, and my son has completely recovered. She is a terrible doctor and should learn she is not all-knowing. She needs to remember being a physician is called “practicing” for a reason. If I could give her zero stars, I would.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
