I absolutely love this place. The front office staff are always courteous and professional. The MA’s and the PA’s and doctors are very efficient and knowledgeable. I don’t have to wait forever to see someone. I will never go back to the ER if I can help it. Piedmont Urgent Care is AMAZING!

Made appt online for next morning. I was seen at the appointed time. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and provided me with excellent care and suggestions. I have been seen by this provider before and was extremely pleased with her service and care. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I was taken care of as soon as I walked in and your staff was very efficient. They listen to what I had to say, and I was waiting on an a matter of 10 minutes and was out within two hours which is good timing and thank your staff was excellent and so was the doctor.
