Rude, greedy and sloppy is how I would describe my most recent experience with them.

Worst experience ever for an MRI. Scheduled for a 5pm appt..arrived 15 minutes early and was fairly quickly checked in, 6:15 rolls around and I had already gone up to the desk to ask when I would be seen once before and by the second time the guy called back and the technician said she still had a lady on the table and it would at least be 20 minutes more (this was at 6:15). I had been waiting over an hour and they didn't have the decency to come out and let me know that my appointment would be late and ask if I wanted to reschedule. I walked out and will be contacting Wellstar to formally complain. My advice would be to go somewhere else, no one even bothered apologizing either.
