The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked through the door, from the receptionist to the technician, it was a great experience. No waiting, I was in and out within 20 minutes of my appointment for my mammogram.

This is Cindy:I was on the phone yesterday for scheduling mammogram. From 11 to 12:30. Again today 45 minutes. Come on. At least do a call back system. Our time is valuable also.

My experience with Douglas County Imaging center was pleasant. The person that did my mammogram was very prompt, pleasant, and very efficient. The only issue I had was the person at the front desk was too engaged in a personal conversation while taking care of patients. She was so engaged in her conversation, she forgot to send my file to the kiosk for me to complete.

My experience was excellent. In the radiology department, Melanie Driskell and Judy Allgood are Some of the kindest, reassuring, friendliest Staff members. I would recommend them to anyone, especially for diagnostic mammograms.

Had an outstanding and welcoming experience while getting a bone density test done.The greeters at the front door were extraordinarily helpful. I especially enjoyed interacting with Emory who did the registration. If you are a fisherman or fisherwoman, share your stories with Emory!

Very nice lady to did my mammogram and bone density test. My only issue was the fact that they had trouble finding my online orders from my doctor. After that was taken care of everything else was great. No issues.

I loved the fact that they had a weekend schedule available for my mammogram testing. I didn’t have to stress over taking off from work or leaving work early. I also enjoyed the light snacks that the staff provided after all the discomfort that came with getting my mammogram done. Also the check in process went much faster using the Wellstar app. I would definitely recommend using it
