Awesome Place ! When I Went In , I Was In And Out And My Prescription Was Waiting For Me At The Pharmacy ! Love This Place !

Be prepared to wait for an hour and a half, for anything, busy or not. This place should burn to the ground with staff locked inside.

Took my wife in to find Primary Care and was able to on a walk-in! Great staff and very friendly service! Very thorough! Would recommend this practice to anyone!

This not the place to go if it's in the afternoon! Their posted hours may as well be posted that they close whenever they feel like it. They advertise they are open until 7:30 pm, that is not the case, they want to be headed home by 7:30! I showed up for a follow-up at 6:28 pm and the doors were locked! This is unacceptable when patients depend on the posted hours to be able to be seen!

When I got there the lady told me there was one person in front of me. I waited two hours and no one even moved. By the time I had enough the lobby was full and people were waiting in there vehicles. What a terrible place. I will never step foot back in that office again. Do better.

Went to have my girlfriends stomach problems checked out. Doctor couldn't care less and ignored everything we advised her of that was causing pain in her stomach. Medicine prescribed has known side effects that would actively make matters worse. Nurse was super supportive, but the doctor just wanted to get us out of the way. Waste of time and money. Absolutely do not recommend. Will ignore everything you say and will not provide a referral for a specialist.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is nothing about this place that says URGENT. When I walked in the window was closed so I waited to be greeted. The girl behind the window sat there on her phone for at least five mins, on her phone. I tapped on the window and she still stayed on her phone. We were the ONLY people in the parking lot/lobby but had to wait over an hour. I left before being seen, because my son was running a high fever and having chest pains. Terrible service and care.

Went to get some stitches and they had wonderful service. In and out within 30 minutes. Great doctors and nurses all hands on! Will be going back

I came to this place in town visiting my family and I did not feel like a patient. I felt more like I was being interrogated or not taken seriously. Definitely wouldn’t advise if you want to come here I believe it’s just about the money for them not the health of their patients

My first time at this facility ( in Dublin ) I was not impressed. I sat and listened to the NP discuss someone else’s health information and diagnosis. I told her that I heard everything that she said about the other patient and her response was well that’s not her name when I knew what she said. She informed me that her office was next to the room I was in. She appeared very nonchalant regarding the concerns I was addressing. ( I heard so much about the person I could find her just based off what I heard and tell her exactly what she was told if I wanted to) When it came to my care I went because I wasn’t feeling well. She informed me I had a Covid but was testing to soon. She was correct but her bedside manners were horrible. I had to ask her what do I do as I have never had Covid. Maybe it was the lack of concern for me. While addressing my concerns I was looking at her badge and she then told me her name as to say I see you looking… I’m not going to put her name on here because I’m sure she will see it but I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They guy who checked me in was nice but the overall experience was horrible. I’m big on HIPAA and customer service. I work with people daily and I value each experience no matter the circumstance. I pray no one else has this experience.
