I was really sick and the doctor and staff really did all they could to help me.

They slow at getting things done. Ms Austin's clinical assistant is beyond rude. Everytime I talk to her she sounds like she hates her job. I had to check her because she was argumentative. I sent paperwork to be filled out on 9/18. I had to repeatedly call about the paperwork and each time I get miss nasty attitude on the line. Her attitude makes me want to switch providers.

Pleasant and hard-working staff, especially Ms. Bailey. She is always so helpful! Dr. Jackson’s PA, Ms. Yashika Austin, is always attentive, understanding and very knowledgeable. I trust the care of my health to the fine folks at CHCS in Dublin, GA.

Yashica Austin's CMA is rude. She acts like she hates her job. She talks to people so condescending. They slow to get things done. I called with questions about labs and she basically told me we will call you like I have no right to have my labs explained. Labs were abnormal but no further information given was confusing. Stated inflammation but no explanation as to why. Inflammation is a defense mechanism. There is a reason behind it. I was told test is nothing to be concerned about but when your body hurts it's a sign of something. They keep putting me off. Time to find another provider. CMA saying labs are okay but I got results of test that says labs abnormal. They are contradictory in what information is being given.

Dr. Charles Jackson is the busiest in the CHCS system so he seems a little rushed sometimes. Dr. Kathryn Johnson is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and she is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend her. The staff here is very friendly and kind. I love this office.
