Recently, two of my children had abnormal values in their blood work. A non medical person called me to let me know they have abnormal values. He couldn’t explain what they were about and what I need to do next. I asked a doctor or NP to call me to explain. He said ok, but I haven’t heard from them yet. When your children have abnormal values, a mother naturally worries and want to know more about it. They don’t seem to care. Very disappointed.

All Asian facility. Everyone was nice. The doctor was timely. Everyone was pleasant from front of house to back, and it was clean. They had coffee, tea, and water. Also, a nice flat screen in lobby. I had labwork done. Professional and orderly! I'm a Black woman. Doesn't matter just FYI lol I will be going back.❤️

MJ is the best!!!! She draws my blood with absolutely no pain! And I have very tiny veins and it's always a struggle but never with MJ! I appreciate her and family medicine
