I am profoundly dissatisfied with the care provided to my father from Dr. Chiu.

Profoundly dissatisfied. Chiu followed my father for 10 yrs, yet grasped at straws to understand his current health. Despite my father's DNR/DNI Chiu encouraged a procedure which required intubation. The procedure was not completed as the heart was too damaged. Yet Chiu encouraged continued intubation with the hopes my father would gain strength for a future procedure. A compromise was made to extubate so he could decide for himself. Weaning was torture.His choice? Water. He died hours later.
