I wish I could give NO STARS....Donald Pham ....I came in for an office visit from going to the hospital he only read the paperwork he received from the hospital then told me I didn't have what the hospital said I had even though he didn't exam me I basically had to force him to write a prescription for nausea and note for my employer. I thought this was going to be a physical exam this was a scam to charge me a co pay and my husband's insurance and tell me it was a consultation after I questioned " is that it"? and the CMA who works there is in on it also.

Donald Pham charged the highest level of service for a visit where my records were not available, no testing was reviewed, no testing was ordered, no prescriptions were given no long term plan was made. This office is a microcosm of what is wrong with healthcare.

Billing rip off. I'm over 50 and as such needed a screening colonoscopy. Dr Phan knew that I had some issues, and told me he might need to do a biopsy but that we would do a screening procedure, so that it would be covered by my insurance. Well if you do a biopsy it is not a screening colonoscopy, it is diagnostic. My out of pocket expenses were almost $1200. Bills came from four different sources so that it was hard to know who to reach out for. Billing's response "well WE ARE NOT REFILING." Rude unhelpful billing office. Dr Phan is ignorant of the rules and made promises that his billing office will not honor.

Be aware of their billing system! Please try to avoid from going to their Radiology associates location, they will rip you off for multiple bill statements. If you want to find out what happened, please let me know. I'm willing to share pictures of all the bills I received from them. I feel very disappointed on this clinic branches as well as the whole U.S healthcare system. If it's not an emergency situation! I would pay to go out oversea for medical exam treatment!
