My wife and I have been patients here for over 20 years. The Doctors are fantastic. Jasmine the scheduling lady is super sweet. The rest of the office staff and check-in, and communications is pathetic. We are leaving. I'd rather have a colonoscopy and a root canal on the same day with pleasant people than deal with this office staff.
Dr visit for my baby girl the staff is very nice and informative, just as well as the place is very clean
I'll provide my story and you judge for yourself. I've been a customer for about seven years. I've had chemo therapy for skin cancer, and many other procedures. Today, as I headed to my appointment I realized due to traffic on GA400 I'd be about 10 min late. So I tried to do the right thing by calling to let them know this. Though, they don't provide a direct number anymore, you have to call a call center. So I did call the call center. I asked for the number to the actual office so I could let them know I'd be a few minutes late. She snapped back that that wasn't possible and only she could call the office. She also threw in that they'd had a meeting yesterday and decided that any patients showing up late would be denied their appointment and would have to reschedule. (Never mind the handful of times I waited up to an hour and a half on "them" to be seen, or waited on them to "recalibrate" the machine, etc, etc, without complaining). So I asked her to please call them and I will hold for an answer. Well, I arrived before the rude lady ever got back to me. So I walked in and signed in and sat down. A few minutes later the receptionist called me up and told me that the doctor would not be able to see me since I was late. I told her "don't bother, because I will NEVER come back to your practice again, ever." That's the whole story. No hidden drama. You decide if they did the right thing or not. As for me, I expect a little more loyalty than was shown to me today. I have serious skin cancer issues and need to know my providers have my back. Clearly this one did not. There are plenty of others out there. (Lisa H.)
I am a Dr. Zhang promoter! From his knowledge, expertise and patient care. To the results! I am very grateful that our paths crossed. His perspective on healing and my overall health are refreshing and quite remarkable. It is also very easy to make appointments and the staff is excellent. Thank you Dr. Zhang
CarePlus really cares for their clients and their staff. I have seen and experienced it for myself! Thank you CarePlus!!!
Trash. Don't spend your money or your time there. They messed up my biopsy to where I now have a big scar on my face in a location that didn't need one. They have trash assistants and dermatologists that just don't care what you want then to do instead they only do what will make them the most money like always making you pay for biopsy tests when you clearly told them to do something cosmetic. They also constantly mess up your medical information.
Run. This doctor does not know what he is doing. It's very scary. The unlicensed office staff knows more than him. He inherited patients from a very great physician but he never examines the patient.
I will continue to tell anyone who will listen how awful this place is. They do not know what they are doing! They did a botched biopsy on me a year ago and now I have 2 hideous scars under my arm. This is so heartbreaking. I literally cry all of the time. When I tried to go back to them for a solution for this botched biopsy, they just extend the amount of time that my arm will take to heal and dismiss me. I wish nothing good for Dr. Sabini's PA who butchered me.
I had an appointment for 4:15 PM on 02/21/23 with Dr. Douchy for a Lipoma Removal. As they requested I arrived 15 minutes yearly. I signed at the front desk and sat down waiting to be called. After 45 minutes I went to the front desk to find out if Dr. Douchy was running late. The front desk lady could not find my appointment on the list where I signed, she completely forgot about me and after looking for the list she finally took my insurance card and I signed the Covid release form and waited another 10 minutes before going back for my procedure. I was extremely upset that I wasted all this time and now in the end of their shift I was finally being seen by the nurse and the doctor. Both of them were informed of the front desk "slip up" and they took care of me in a very professional manner. Dr. Douchy is a very caring doctor and spite of being almost end of the day, he took his time removing my Lipoma. The nurse was kind and patient with me. When I left the office the lights were deemed and everyone else was gone. I could not even check out. What a terrible unprofessional experience. The front desk ladies didn't even apologize for her mistake.
Took over an hour to check in. Staff is rude. When you call, very rarely do they answer so you leave a detailed message and they return your call only to give you the front desk number to call. They don't address the question asked on the voicemail. You can text them and they respond but sometimes you just need to talk to a human to schedule an appt. Went on their website to schedule appt. Said someone would get back with you but they never have. Dr Sabini is great but wish they could find an office manager that could provide a more streamline happy office

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
