RUN, RUN AWAY from these "SHYSTERS!" They get you in the chair for your cleaning and then approach you with additional pricing! ($50) mouth guard, because she says I grind my teeth. Football mouth guard ($4). Then ($15) tooth paste, ($16) mouthwash And the kicker ($69.91) for a Topical Fluoride Varnish, that I was told to have first. STEAR CLEAR OF COST DENTAL!

I drove all that way just for the dentist to check my mouth for a cavity and then they told me not only could they not do the cleaning I came in for , but they also couldn't do the filling I scheduled as well . They then charge me $5 for literally doing nothing . When I tried to schedule an appointment a different day , I later received a call saying that they will actually be closed the day the scheduled me for , I suggest a different day and they tell me they will be only doing Monday through Thursday in January , I suggest another day and that wasn't available either . Finally , I was able to get an appointment 2.5 weeks from today . VERY DISAPPOINTING experience and an utter waste of my time.

had my first visit here today the staff was perfect rom checkin to checkout my hygienist was perfect answered of all of question and addressed all of my concerns.The dentist Dr park and her assistants Robin ad Lenai were knowledgeable and awesome id recommend this location to anyone in need of a dental home i will definitely be back

I booked an appointment for cleaning but when I arrived, all they did was an evaluation and told me I had to reschedule for a cleaning. I wish they would've told me this in the beginning when I booked the appointment. Anyways, I ended up booking an appt to come back for my cleaning. I called two days prior to my appointment to see if there is an earlier time slot for me to come in instead of 3pm. The lady was checking and did not see an appointment for me. She double-check again and said that my appt was canceled. Are you serious? No one notify me that my appointment was canceled. No email, no phone calls, no text. Then today the day my appointment was originally scheduled, I received an email stating that I had canceled my appointment. I am just upset with their process and just lack of communication.

The staff is rude, they catch an attitude if you ask any simple questions. They act as if they don’t want to give you an estimate for work being done. Unless you’re ready to put up with negative attitudes from staff don’t go here!!
