Duluth Family & Sports Medicine's Online Review Report Card

My husband had his first and only appointment with this location back in October 2021. We paid self-pay, paid a special rate, we’re told that we would not receive any other bills. But we still received a bill in the mail saying we owed double than what we already paid. I’ve been trying to reach the supervisor for several months without success. I’m told she will call me back but never does. This month, I find out the bill went to collections. Will someone please reply to this review with a direct phone number or email address to the supervisor? I am willing to remove this 1-star review. I am very dissatisfied with my experience so far.

Try to avoid this hosp. if possible

This school is beyond unorganized. They didn't keep teachers And don't communicate well about changes going on. There were several days that our baby had a crusted over nose which let us know it clearly had not been wiped at all! One day they even let his shirt stay soaking wet and never changed him after he spilled something on himself. They also have a major bug issue and our baby was constantly getting bit by mosquitos and ants. We sent repellent for him but it was never used. Do yourself and your family a favor and spend a little more money for better quality. And when you leave they will insist you pay them out for 30 days even when they know they're the reason why you pulled your child.

I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. My son has only been going for a few weeks now, but the director, owner, and teachers are amazing. They put my first time mom nerves at ease and helped ease me into going back to work. They're always available and send updates on the app all day. I truly feel that my son is in loving hands at this place.

I have only TWO pills left and just received a call that they closed without notice. I'm so upset right now. The doctors they "referred" the patients to won't fill up the refil for my meds. RIDICULOUS of you guys to leave the patients hanging like that. 😡

My family have been patients with Dr Majoch for approximately 22 yrs. When I say 'Family' I am not exagerating. They see 4 generations of Brumbalows. My husbands parents, my husband and myself, our children & stepchildren, our children since they were 2 years old, and now our childrens children(our grandchildren, my husband's brother and his sister (our kids aunt and uncle.) Once Stephanie made the comment that she was beginning to feel old because she's now treating her babies babies! Dr Majoch is one of the most gentle and professional doctors I have ever been to. Stephanie could not only have been a model still today but because she has such a love and caring kindness for those of us not lucky enough to be disease free I believe she feels our pain as her own which makes her one of the most educated and passionate caregivers who could be a full fledge doctor in her own right. I'm glad she didn't become a model cause she couldn't wear superficial egomaniac designer dresses as well as she heals people! I've seen Laura only a couple of times where she admonished me and rightly so for having pneumonia and still smoking. But she still made me understand the importance in quitting. I am happy to say I am 2 mos a non smoker. Please pray I keep up my willpower to stay on this wagon! These are very good people and doctors who care and those reps are the ones who find the new stuff that helps the unique people that dont respond to the old treatments. We need them also. It takes monsterous magic to keep an office this good running everyday. And if you have to wait a little longer or cant get right in just remember not everybody has a great day everyday and sometimes things dont go the way we plan even with the best of the best staff in the world. One thing I do know is they have always been the best of the best to our family and we forgive people if they happen to be having an off day! So should the rest of us! I rate Dr Majoch and Stephanie and the rest of the staff as if not one of the best but The Best Medical Office in at least the Atlanta/Duluth area!! Correction- probably the whole state of Ga!
